1. As an excellent language teacher, I will create engaged second language learners who are self-regulated and motivated. These learners will use the language widely, take risks, and maintain a goal-oriented mindset. 

 

2. I will create and test hypotheses as I conduct action research in the classroom. I will learn how to effectively teach learning strategies to my students. 

 

3. I will be a mentor to my students and create a classroom environment in which students feel comfortable and valued.
